NORFOLK (April 7, 2011) Cryptologic Technician (Technical) 3rd Class Teri McDonald, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), runs with children during the Little Feet Meet at Old Dominion University. The meet is sponsored by Norfolk Public Schools for elementary school children in special education programs.
